ISOMATE, positive or negative pressure isolators (GMP compliant)
The ISOMATE STERI range (positive pressure) is designed to protect products and activities requiring a sterile environment, free from external contaminants.
Product protection is ensured by a sealed working area, where the internal pressure is higher than that of the external environment.
► Complete sterilization of the working chamber and the two transfer airlocks by an integrated hydrogen peroxide vaporization system.
► Product handling with gloves installed in the front window.
► Access to the working area, during operation, is exclusively via the lateral transfer airlocks.
ISOMATE Cyto, compliant with DIN 12980:2017 - the international standard for the safe handling of cytotoxic products, is designed to ensure the protection of operators, the environment, and products during processes involving the handling of cytotoxic and mutagenic substances.
Operator and environmental protection is ensured by a sealed working area with an internal pressure lower than that of the environment.
► 2 centrifugal fans for optimal ventilation and pressure regulation.
► An additional set of HEPA filters under the work surface to collect all contaminated aerosols.
► The patented BagIn-BagOut procedure guarantees that, during first-stage HEPA filter replacement, the environment and personnel are never exposed to contamination.
► Complete sterilization by peroxide vaporization.
ISOMATE isolators are available in two different sizes and in 2 or 4 glove versions, with many options available.
