Sample Transformation and Manufacturing Methods

Description
We have strengthened the management of sample transformation and manufacturing methods through a fully integrated and automated approach.
In R&D environments in particular, teams are required to formulate, transform, cut, assemble, or apply specific treatments prior to any analysis. These critical steps can now be formalized, version-controlled, and directly integrated into research projects.
Each transformation (cutting, surface treatment, assembly, specific preparation, etc.) is recorded within the LIMS and linked to related inventory, formulations, and projects, ensuring complete traceability upstream of analytical testing.
Key Benefits:
Formalization of transformation and manufacturing methods
Direct integration into R&D projects
Full traceability of operations performed on samples
Easier correlation between transformation conditions and analytical results
Reduced information loss between preparation and analysis
A strategic enhancement designed to secure R&D developments, capitalize on experimental work, and ensure a consistent, coherent link between formulation, transformation processes, and the results obtained.
