Description
The SM 50 is the world's most powerful bench-top knife mill with a single-phase mains connection. Its 1.5 kW motor drives a large-diameter rotor and ensures impressive cutting capacity at high cutting speeds. The maximum rotation speed is 4,000 revolutions per minute and can be adapted to different applications.
The EasyInspect grinder's hopper operates on the batch feeding principle and can easily process large samples up to 50 mm. This compact and powerful grinder features integrated cyclonic technology that ensures easy and efficient processing of various materials.
The bottom sieves with mesh sizes from 0.25 to 10 mm allow particles finer than 250 µm to be obtained, depending on the material. A two-stage grinding process allows very fine particles to be obtained by first using a large-mesh sieve and then a finer sieve. The design allows for high throughput thanks to large sieving surfaces of 48 mm x 120 mm.
