The CS-1232 Carbon and Sulphur Analyser is a fully automated instrument designed for the precise determination of Carbon (C) and Sulphur (S) in minerals and organic materials.
It features a vertical resistance furnace, a design that simplifies mechanical architecture while significantly improving automation reliability. The vertical configuration creates an air gap around the combustion crucible, ensuring uniform heating and eliminating thermal shock effects commonly caused by cold combustion boats in conventional systems.
Advanced thermal insulation and even heat distribution reduce power consumption to less than 15 A at operating temperature.
The analyser is equipped with a fully integrated 48-position sample changer, allowing unattended operation and automatic storage of analytical results to LIMS.
