Advanced Rheometer: MCR 703

Description

The MCR 703 MultiDrive and MCR 703 Space MultiDrive are the most advanced rheometers in Anton Paar’s Modular Compact Rheometer (MCR) platform, designed for high-end rheological and mechanical characterization in R&D. Their dual-drive architecture enables unique measurement modes, including Combined and Separate Motor Transducer operation, advanced counter-rotation tests, and comprehensive DMA measurements in torsion, tension, bending, compression, and combined axial–torsional modes—all within a single instrument. The MCR 703 MultiDrive focuses on maximum precision and versatility for studying materials ranging from very soft to very stiff, while the MCR 703 Space MultiDrive adds an expanded working space and open design, facilitating complex setups, integration of external devices, or operation in special environments such as gloveboxes. Both systems support a wide range of accessories and are operated via RheoCompass, ensuring efficient workflows, excellent reproducibility, and outstanding measurement performance.
