We are pleased to introduce MabSelect PrismA™ X, a high capacity Protein A resin designed to efficiently capture monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), featuring excellent alkaline stability for repeated cleaning in place (CIP) to help reduce bioburden risk.
It delivers high dynamic binding capacity (DBC) — above 80 g mAb/L resin at 6 min residence time (RT) — helping reduce resin and buffer consumption and improve capture step economics.
The resin is also designed for short bed heights and rapid cycling chromatography (RCC) to further increase productivity for specific process.
