Description
The TLC-MS 2 interface allows users to directly analyze zones on thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC) plates by mass spectrometry.
Zones are eluted using methanol or compatible solvents, with round elution heads for circular zones and oval heads for band zones. The eluate can be transferred directly for analysis or collected for further investigations using techniques such as NMR and FTIR.

The integrated crosshair laser and positioning tools allow for precise and reproducible plate alignment, with optional support from the TLC Visualizer 3 or TLC Scanner 4.
