The company Be-Agency, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of 7,500 euros, whose registered office is located at 12 rue du Rocher – 75008 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 750 810 400, represented by Ludovic Atellian, President (hereinafter "Forum LABO"), organizes the professional exhibition Forum LABO (hereinafter the "Exhibition"). The Forum LABO website (hereinafter the "Site") provides access to content, information, and services related to the Exhibition. 

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter the "GTU") aim to define the terms and conditions for using the Site and the services offered by Forum LABO (hereinafter the "Services"). The GTU are accessible at any time via a link available at the bottom of the Site's page. 

Article 3 – SITE ACCESS 

3.1 The Site is freely accessible to any internet user (hereinafter "Users" or "You"). 

 3.2 The User declares to have full legal capacity to commit to these GTU. Failing this, the User may only access the Services with the prior authorization of their legal representative. 

Any use of the Site implies the consultation, understanding, and full and complete acceptance of these GTU. When access to certain Services requires registration, acceptance of the GTU is formalized by a checkbox "I have read and accept the General Terms of Use". Forum LABO reserves the right to modify the GTU at any time. Any substantial modification will be brought to the attention of Users at least fifteen (15) days before its entry into force. The current version is the one published on the Site.

• Viewing videos and other multimedia content 

• Contacting Forum LABO via the contact form 5.2 Services accessible after registration 

• Registration and participation in conferences, workshops, and events 

• Access to personalized content 

• Interaction with other participants 

• Downloading documents made available by exhibitors or Forum LABO 

• Receiving newsletters, notifications, and communications related to the Exhibition 

Article 6 – REGISTRATION 

6.1 Registration procedures Access to certain Services requires the creation of a personal account (hereinafter the "User Account"). The User undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The data collected is strictly necessary for the purposes pursued, in accordance with the applicable regulations on personal data protection. For more information, the User is invited to consult the Privacy Policy available on the Site. 

 6.2 Identifiers Login credentials are strictly personal and confidential. Any use of the Account is deemed to be carried out by the User. 6.3 Unsubscription The User can at any time: • Unsubscribe from communications via the link provided for this purpose • Request the deletion of their Account. Account deletion results in the anonymization of public contributions.  

Article 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 All content present on the Site (texts, images, logos, videos, databases, trademarks, etc.) is protected by current intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or exploitation is strictly prohibited and liable to prosecution. 

The User undertakes to: 

• Use the Site in accordance with applicable laws and regulations 

• Respect the rights of third parties 

• Adopt fair, courteous, and respectful behavior The User is solely responsible for their use of the Services. 

The information to which the User may have access in the context of using the Services is confidential. The User undertakes not to disclose it during the period of use of the Services and for three (3) years thereafter. 

It is strictly forbidden, in particular, to: 

• Use the Site for illegal or fraudulent purposes 

• Impair the security or integrity of systems 

• Send unsolicited communications 

• Extract or scrape content from the Site 

• Monetize access to the Services 

In case of breach of the GTU, Forum LABO reserves the right to: 

• Suspend or delete access to the Services 

• Notify the competent authorities 

• Initiate any appropriate legal action 

Forum LABO is bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held responsible for: 

• Temporary interruptions of the Site 

• Errors or omissions in content provided by exhibitors 

• Indirect damages related to the use of the Site 

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. Forum LABO cannot be held responsible for their content, availability, or operation. 

Forum LABO reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified GTU. 

These GTU are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts, unless otherwise provided by law.
