The Derivatizer is an automated spraying chamber for the homogeneous and safe transfer of reagents onto thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC) plates.
Using its micro-droplet spraying technology, the Derivatizer simplifies and secures the derivatization step by enabling reproducible and precisely dosed reagent application.
For an experienced technician, the coefficient of variation drops from an average of 12% with manual methods to less than 5% thanks to the Derivatizer.
